Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You represent that the information you provide at signup is accurate and that you are authorized to register on behalf of the space or organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

GoSpaceDesk provides tools for managing bookings, client records, packages and credit packs, payments, invoicing, a public website, and related operational workflows. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

You retain all ownership rights in the data you submit to the Service, including space configuration, bookings, and client records (“Customer Data”). You grant GoSpaceDesk a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as needed to provide the Service.

With respect to any personal data of your clients, you are the “Data Controller” and GoSpaceDesk is the “Data Processor,” as those terms are used in applicable privacy law (including GDPR where relevant). You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect and share client data with us, and that you will comply with all laws applicable to your collection, storage, and use of that data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service’s integrity.
• Attempt to access another space’s data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass, or impersonate others.

The Service may let you connect to third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Resend for email). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. GoSpaceDesk is not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes in third-party services.

Paid plans (if applicable) are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before increasing fees.

Each party will protect the other’s Confidential Information with the same care it uses for its own, and in any case with reasonable care. “Confidential Information” includes Customer Data and any non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service.

GoSpaceDesk, including the software, design, and branding, is the property of GoSpaceDesk and its licensors. Except as expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may provide feedback, and if you do, we may use it without restriction or obligation.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify you first. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may export your data within 30 days after termination, after which we will delete it (subject to records we are required to retain by law).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSpaceDesk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold GoSpaceDesk harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory local law grants you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your account.
